Befikar Treats makes India's healthiest ladoo — a modern, guilt-free take on the traditional Indian sweet. Our ladoos are crafted from real nuts, seeds, and Medjool dates. No refined sugar, no jaggery, no artificial flavours — just wholesome, lab-tested goodness in every bite.

We currently offer four flavours:

Yes. Every nutritional value printed on our packaging is backed by third-party laboratory testing. We believe in complete transparency — what you read on the label is exactly what goes into your body.

We use only real, whole-food ingredients — nuts (cashews, almonds, etc.), seeds, and Medjool dates as the natural sweetener. There are no fillers, preservatives, artificial colours, or flavour enhancers in any of our products.

Medjool dates are nature's caramel — naturally sweet, rich in fibre, and packed with potassium and magnesium. Unlike refined sugar, they don't cause a rapid blood sugar spike. And unlike jaggery, they contribute real nutritional value beyond just sweetness.

Yes, all our ladoos are 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly. We use no dairy, eggs, honey, or any animal-derived ingredients.

Our ladoos are made without wheat or gluten-containing grains. However, they are manufactured in a facility that may process other ingredients. If you have a severe gluten allergy or coeliac disease, please check the allergen information on the specific product pack before consuming.

Our ladoos use no refined sugar or jaggery. The sweetness comes entirely from whole Medjool dates, which have a lower glycaemic index than processed sugar. That said, we are not a medical brand and cannot make therapeutic claims — please consult your doctor or dietitian if you have diabetes.

Our products contain tree nuts (such as cashews, almonds). Please refer to the ingredient list on each specific product pack for the full allergen declaration. If you have a known nut allergy, Befikar Treats may not be suitable for you.

Calorie content varies by flavour and serving size. Detailed per-serving nutritional information is printed on each pack and is based on lab-tested results. Our ladoos are energy-dense from healthy fats and protein — designed to be satisfying, not just low-calorie.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in an airtight container. Refrigeration is not required but can extend freshness, especially in hot and humid climates.

3–4 months from the date of manufacture when stored as recommended. The best-before date is printed on each pack. Since we use no artificial preservatives, we recommend consuming before that date for best taste and freshness.

Absolutely. Refrigerating gives the ladoos a firmer, fudgier texture — many customers prefer them chilled! Store in an airtight container to avoid absorbing fridge odours.

Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Photograph the damaged product and packaging and reach out within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days and will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
